Below is a list of Business System I created over a 12 year period. I did the commercial systems for fees. All three were done for people I knew from college who gave me free reign. The small business systems were done for my own use.
I made approximately $125,000 working part time on them and on the side with the three commercial systems. The idea of scaling up and commercializing was interesting but I recognized the controlling and constricting nature of the VC Capital and Security world early on and didn't find any of that to be of interest no matter the pay.
One of the 10 modules in the Commercial Dye House system was quoted out at $600k-$1m to a Mexican Pharmaceutical Company. They were told the other parts were too complex to be done. I did NOT pursue any of that business for numerous ethical, commercial and personal reasons.
Just because you can doesn't always mean you should...
photo docs of each system coming soon
(I have some videos but they'll remain private for now)

Cell Tower Leasing and Management System (commercial business - 10 employees)
Retail System for 10,000 products with 120 vendors drop shipping (prototyped to replace an existing system. It never went live). In the first system we had more complex back end options than Amazon had in 1998.
